days, months, years they pass, the boy becomes a man

now the day has come when its time to show his might
oars drawn the drums pound, the long boats take flight
winds blowing strong on their course they set so true
blood of Odin in our veins, we all know what to do
we'll sack the towns, burn them down
the norsemen will prevail
who will be the lucky ones to take the red veil?
days, months pass again and still no sign of land
i see now what it takes to really be a man
the blue it goes forever only broken by the grey
they let out a mighty roar, the wise men say...
